  • What area do you serve?

    We primarily service Philadelphia, PA and all surrounding areas, including Delaware and Montgomery Counties; travel to New Jersey and Delaware is negotiable.

  • How do I book services?

    Please click on the Inquiry tab and submit the questionnaire. We will get back to you within 3 business days.

  • Is a deposit required to book services?

    A retainer in the amount of 50% is required upon agreement, to reserve the date of service. The retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE and applied to your invoice total..

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

  • What is your refund policy?

    All funds received are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, dates may be transferable, expiring one year from the date listed on invoice, pending availability.

  • Do you ship?

    We can ship any personalized favor/product.

    Unfortunately, we do not ship our chocolate covered treats, nor do we ship EP Poppables.
